Role Description The Community Relations Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting CosmoQuick’s engagement with job seekers, employers, and partner communities. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist with planning and executing community outreach initiatives, such as virtual events, informational sessions, and online campaigns that promote the platform’s services. This role involves monitoring community feedback across social channels, responding to inquiries, and helping maintain positive relationships with user groups and partners. The intern will collaborate with internal teams to gather insights from the community, prepare summaries, and propose ideas to improve engagement and awareness. The position is well-suited for individuals interested in community-building, communications, and gaining experience in the HR tech and recruitment space.
Qualifications
Strong Community Relations and Community Engagement skills, with an interest in building inclusive, supportive user communities.
Experience or interest in Community Outreach and Event Planning, especially for virtual events, webinars, or online meetups.
Clear, professional Communication skills, including the ability to write concise messages and speak comfortably with diverse audiences.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment, manage time independently, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media platforms, online communities, or digital marketing tools is beneficial.
Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Demonstrated interest in recruitment, HR technology, or marketplace platforms is a plus.
