2. About the Opportunity:
The Software Engineer role involves designing, building, and maintaining AI systems and products. The position is critical to creating scalable backend solutions that support the organization''s AI infrastructure, ensuring these systems operate reliably and efficiently. This role contributes directly to delivering dependable AI technologies that meet the demands of regulated environments.
3. Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable, maintainable backend systems using various programming languages.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate backend services with user-facing applications.
Optimize database performance and implement data security measures.
Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and debug software issues.
Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to maintain product quality and reliability.
Build, release, and maintain containerized solutions.
4. Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
At least 2 years of backend development experience using Python or GoLang.
Experience with database design and management.
AI development experience with tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Nice-to-haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Experience building and supporting continuous integration and deployment tools.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Base salary range: $135,000 - $165,000 plus equity, commensurate with experience.
