The team focuses on simplifying the overseas education process, offering personalized counseling and support for students and their families. With a strong global network, Envision partners with universities across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and more than 10 countries, covering over 300 courses. The organization provides end-to-end services, including career counseling, application support, visa assistance, and pre-departure preparation. Envision is committed to delivering trusted, expert guidance that helps students successfully transition to their academic journeys abroad.
Role Description The Human Resources Specialist role at Envision is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and personnel records maintenance. The specialist will support HR policy implementation, administer employee benefits, and assist in performance management processes. Responsibilities also include handling employee queries, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards. The role requires close collaboration with management and team members to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to handle core HR operations and processes.
Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits to support policy implementation and benefits administration.
Experience in Personnel Management to manage employee records, lifecycle events, and day-to-day HR support.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Familiarity with HR software and MS Office; prior experience in education or consulting environments is a plus.
