Product Manager

About The Role
The Product Manager will own strategy, roadmap, and execution for developer-facing platform capabilities spanning APIs, cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and AI-powered workflows. The role translates customer and business needs into clear product requirements, technical priorities, and measurable outcomes.
Working closely with engineering, design, data, sales, and customer teams, the Product Manager will take initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration. This role matters because reliable platform products reduce developer friction, improve system performance, and create leverage across every customer-facing application.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for platform capabilities, balancing customer value, technical debt, scalability, and business priorities
Partner with engineering leads to translate complex systems requirements into PRDs, API contracts, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sequenced delivery plans
Use customer interviews, product analytics, support data, and competitive research to identify opportunities and validate product decisions
Drive execution across backend services, REST and GraphQL APIs, cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and AI-enabled product workflows
Establish success metrics and monitor adoption, latency, reliability, conversion, and retention using tools such as Amplitude, Looker, Datadog, or equivalent
Coordinate launches across engineering, design, marketing, sales, solutions, and support, including documentation, enablement, release planning, and go-to-market readiness
Communicate product decisions, tradeoffs, risks, and progress clearly to executives and cross-functional stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
3–8 years of product management experience, including ownership of technical or platform products from discovery through launch
Demonstrated experience working with engineering teams on APIs, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, data platforms, or AI/ML products
Strong ability to write detailed PRDs, product requirements, API or workflow specifications, and clear acceptance criteria
Fluency with product analytics and experimentation; experience using tools such as SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or equivalent to guide decisions
Proven track record of managing cross-functional roadmaps in tools such as Jira, Linear, Productboard, or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Bonus: Experience with Kubernetes, AWS or GCP, observability platforms, machine learning workflows, developer experience products, or enterprise SaaS procurement
