About the Role
We’re looking for a Developer Experience Manager to help accelerate adoption of Damoov’s APIs, SDKs, and developer platform.
This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, customer success, marketing, and developer engagement. You will help create exceptional experiences for developers building on Damoov’s platform by improving onboarding, creating technical content, gathering feedback, and fostering a thriving developer ecosystem.
You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, Customer Solutions, Partnerships, Marketing, and Leadership teams to help developers successfully integrate, launch, and scale applications powered by Damoov.

What You’ll Do
Serve as an advocate for developers using Damoov’s APIs, SDKs, and platform capabilities
Create technical content including tutorials, guides, sample applications, documentation, videos, and webinars
Improve developer onboarding experiences and reduce friction throughout the implementation journey
Build relationships with developers, technical partners, customers, and ecosystem participants
Gather developer feedback and communicate insights to Product and Engineering teams
Support developer-focused events, workshops, webinars, hackathons, and community initiatives
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Partnerships teams on developer adoption programs and go-to-market initiatives
Create example projects and implementation resources that demonstrate platform capabilities and best practices
Monitor developer engagement, adoption, and platform usage trends
Help shape the long-term strategy for Damoov’s developer ecosystem and platform experience
Represent Damoov in developer communities, industry events, and technical forums
What We’re Looking For
Experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, solutions engineering, software engineering, technical marketing, technical customer success, or a related role
Strong technical understanding of APIs, SDKs, software integrations, and modern development practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to developers and technical stakeholders
Experience creating technical documentation, tutorials, educational content, or developer resources
Strong relationship-building and community engagement capabilities
Ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, product, marketing, and customer-facing teams
Curiosity about emerging technologies and developer ecosystems
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Nice to Have
Experience working with developer platforms, APIs, SDKs, SaaS products, or cloud technologies
Experience in mobility technology, telematics, insurance technology, IoT, connected vehicles, or location intelligence
Software development experience in mobile, backend, or web technologies
Experience speaking at technical events, webinars, workshops, or conferences
Experience building developer communities or ecosystem programs
Experience working in a startup or scaling technology company
