VR Virajya is looking for a creative, detail-oriented and execution-focused Architect to join our growing team and work on upcoming luxury salon, retail and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections and working drawings
• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for project execution
• Assist with space planning and architectural design development
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants and site teams
• Conduct site visits, measurements and execution checks
• Ensure site execution follows approved drawings and design standards
• Resolve site-level architectural and execution-related issues
• Assist with material, construction and detailing coordination
• Support multiple projects and regional site requirements
Requirements
• B.Arch. from a recognized institution
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in architecture, commercial, retail, hospitality or similar projects
• Strong AutoCAD skills
• Knowledge of SketchUp / 3D visualization will be an advantage
• Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction detailing
• Strong attention to detail and space planning
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites
