Chief Operating Officer — Tachyra Diagnostics

Tachyra Diagnostics is building an AI-powered clinical decision support platform that helps physicians review a patient's full history, medications, and longitudinal data ahead of a visit — surfacing a ranked differential diagnosis, full medication-interaction checking, and personalized treatment comparisons. The physician reviews, edits, and approves every recommendation; the platform never diagnoses, prescribes, or acts independently.
We're looking for a self-motivated Chief Operating Officer to bring structure, discipline, and execution to a fast-moving early-stage healthcare technology company. You will work directly with the CEO and Founder, who will provide vision and direction.
What you'll do:
• Turn strategic direction into operating plans, priorities, and execution across the company
• Tie together engineering, clinical, and business functions into a coherent operating rhythm
• Own day-to-day operational infrastructure, including compliance processes relevant to healthcare technology (HIPAA and related regulatory requirements)
• Build the operating systems, processes, and accountability structures a scaling healthcare technology company needs
• Work directly with the CEO and Founder, who will provide vision and direction, to translate that into results
What we're looking for:
• A self-starter who thrives with a high degree of autonomy and ownership
• Prior experience operating in healthcare technology, digital health, or a HIPAA-regulated environment
• A strong track record of operational execution at an early-stage or high-growth company
• Someone who can bring order and process to a fast-moving environment without slowing it down
• Comfort working within a compensation structure common to early-stage companies (a combination of deferred salary and equity ahead of institutional financing)
