Tachyra Diagnostics | Delray Beach, FL (remote considered)
Tachyra Diagnostics is building an AI-powered clinical decision support platform that helps physicians review a patient's full history, medications, and longitudinal data ahead of a visit — surfacing a ranked differential diagnosis, medication-interaction checks, and personalized treatment comparisons. The physician always reviews, edits, and approves every recommendation; the platform never diagnoses, prescribes, or acts independently.
We're looking for a VP of Physician & Clinical Communications to own how Tachyra earns the trust of the people who will actually use it: practicing physicians.
What you'll own:
Physician-facing messaging, education, and adoption content that clearly and honestly communicates what the platform does — and doesn't do
Relationships with clinical advisory board members, medical societies, and physician influencers
Communications supporting pilot practice recruitment and physician onboarding
Positioning Tachyra's clinical decision support as a tool that supports physician judgment, never replaces it
Coordinating with our CMO and clinical advisory board to ensure all physician-facing communication is medically accurate and appropriately scoped
Compensation structure — please read before applying:
Tachyra is a pre-Series A startup. Founding executive compensation is structured in two tiers: a base salary that begins at the earlier of Board approval or the closing of our Series A round, and a deferred (half-salary) rate that begins earlier — triggered at $6,000,000 in aggregate financing or Board approval, whichever comes first — and is paid retroactively once triggered. Equity is granted as a standard part of compensation (four-year vesting, one-year cliff). This is a real, contingent-on-milestones structure, not a guaranteed salary from day one — we want candidates to weigh that honestly before applying.
What you bring:
Experience in healthcare or medical communications — physician relations, medical affairs communications, clinical marketing, or medical society/association work
Comfort working directly with physicians and understanding clinical workflow, skepticism toward new technology, and liability concerns
A track record of building trust with a clinical audience, not just marketing to a general public
This is a foundational hire — you'll be defining how the physician community first encounters and comes to trust Tachyra. Apply: tachyradiagnostics.com
