Role Description The Sr. Social Media Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies across platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing social media calendars, developing platform-specific content, coordinating with design and content teams, and monitoring performance metrics and analytics to refine campaigns. The role involves staying updated with social media trends, managing community interactions, responding to comments and messages, and supporting broader digital marketing initiatives such as paid campaigns and influencer collaborations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with experience managing brand pages and campaigns across major platforms.
Solid understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, including campaign planning, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly, collaborate with teams, and engage online communities professionally.
Experience with social media analytics tools, reporting dashboards, and basic performance analysis to guide data-driven decisions.
Ability to develop creative, brand-aligned content ideas and work closely with designers and copywriters to execute them.
Prior experience in a senior or lead social media role, preferably in an agency or multi-brand environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
