Role Description This is a full-time remote freelancing role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert working with grownup students and younger kids. The professional will design and deliver online lessons in phonics, pronunciation, articulation, and spoken communication tailored to different age groups and proficiency levels. Daily responsibilities include planning interactive sessions, conducting live virtual classes, monitoring learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to improve clarity, confidence, and fluency. The role also involves creating engaging learning materials, collaborating with the academic team on curriculum enhancement, and maintaining accurate records of sessions and learner outcomes. The professional is expected to manage their schedule responsibly, ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment, and communicate effectively with learners and guardians as needed.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in phonics instruction, pronunciation training, and spoken English for diverse age groups.
Demonstrated experience in public speaking coaching, presentation skills training, and confidence-building activities.
Proficiency in designing interactive online lessons, using digital learning tools, and managing virtual classrooms.
Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both children and adults.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and levels, and to provide clear, constructive feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communication, Performing Arts, or a related field; relevant certifications in TEFL/TESOL, public speaking, or phonics are an advantage.
Prior experience in online teaching or tutoring, ideally in language, phonics, or communication skills training.
Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace at home, and comfort with video conferencing platforms and e-learning tools.
