Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Communication & Public Speaking Professional Expert working with both grownup students and younger kids. The professional will design and deliver interactive online sessions focused on public speaking, effective communication, confidence building, and presentation skills tailored to different age groups. Day-to-day tasks include preparing age-appropriate lesson plans, conducting live classes, providing individualized feedback, and creating practice activities and assignments that reinforce learning outcomes. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula, tracking learner progress, and communicating regularly with learners and caregivers to support their development. Working hours are flexible, but the professional is expected to maintain a consistent schedule and uphold high standards of engagement, professionalism, and learner safety.
Qualifications
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage both adults and children.
Experience with writing and preparing clear, concise learning materials, speeches, and training content.
Background in strategic communications, including designing communication plans or learning paths for diverse audiences.
Ability to draft and review press releases or external communication content when needed.
Knowledge of internal communications practices for coordinating with academic and operations teams.
Prior experience in teaching, coaching, or training in public speaking or communication skills in an online environment.
Comfort with digital tools, learning management systems, and virtual classroom platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, English, Performing Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated ability to adapt communication style for different age groups and cultural backgrounds.
