Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Teacher for all age groups (Domestic). The teacher will design and deliver engaging online lessons focused on phonics, pronunciation, reading fluency, and spoken communication skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing structured lesson plans, conducting interactive virtual classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to support skill development. The role also involves adapting teaching methods for different age groups, maintaining clear communication with learners and guardians, and collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula and teaching materials.
Qualifications
Strong teaching and education skills, with experience instructing diverse age groups.
Competence in lesson planning and training, including designing structured, goal-oriented sessions.
Excellent communication skills, particularly in spoken English and presentation.
Experience or interest in phonics, public speaking, and learner-centered pedagogy.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
Comfort with online teaching tools, virtual classroom platforms, and digital learning resources.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a professional remote work environment.
Prior teaching or coaching experience in phonics, speech, or communication skills will be an advantage.
