Marketing Associate – Envision Overseas Education Consultants LLP
About Envision Overseas
Envision Overseas Education Consultants LLP is a study-abroad education consultancy
helping students pursue international education opportunities. We work closely with students
throughout their overseas education journey—from university selection and applications to
admissions and visa guidance.
We are looking for a Marketing Associate who can support and execute marketing initiatives
that strengthen our brand presence, generate quality student enquiries, and contribute to business
growth.
Work Location: Lower Parel
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Role Overview
The Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and
monitoring of marketing activities for Envision Overseas.
The role requires a combination of digital marketing, social media, content coordination, lead
generation, event marketing, campaign execution, and market research.
The ideal candidate should understand how marketing can be used to attract prospective students,
engage parents and students, generate enquiries, and build a strong and credible education brand.
You will work closely with the Counselling, Admissions, Management, and other internal
teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with business objectives.
1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
-Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for study-abroad programs
and services.
-Support campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube,
LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
-Coordinate with internal teams or external agencies for campaign creatives,
advertisements, landing pages, and promotional material.
-Monitor campaign performance and assist in identifying opportunities for improvement.
-Track marketing spends, campaign outcomes, enquiries, and other relevant metrics.
-Support the execution of lead-generation campaigns to increase student enquiries.
Social Media Management
-Assist in managing and maintaining Envision's social media presence.
-Plan and coordinate social media content calendars.
-Coordinate with the design/content team for posts, reels, stories, videos, student
testimonials, achievements, and promotional creatives.
-Identify relevant trends, topics, formats, and content opportunities within the education
and study-abroad industry.
-Monitor engagement, reach, followers, and other social media metrics.
-Ensure content is consistent with the company's brand image and communication
standards.
Content & Marketing Communication
Assist in creating and coordinating marketing content for students and parents.
Develop or coordinate content around:
o Study-abroad destinations
o Universities and courses
o Intakes and deadlines
o Scholarships
o Student success stories
o Visa updates
o Events and seminars
o Application and admission processes
Work with the counselling team to identify frequently asked student questions and
convert them into useful marketing content.
Lead Generation & Student Acquisition
-Support initiatives aimed at generating qualified student leads.
Coordinate with the counselling team to understand lead quality and campaign
effectiveness.
-Monitor the flow of enquiries generated through different marketing channels.
-Maintain campaign-wise lead data and prepare basic performance reports.
-Analyse which channels, campaigns, and content generate better engagement and
enquiries.
-Suggest new ideas to improve student acquisition and conversion opportunities.
Assist in remarketing and follow-up campaigns for prospective students.
Events, Seminars & Offline Marketing
-Assist in planning and promoting education fairs, university events, seminars,
webinars, workshops, and student counselling sessions.
-Coordinate promotional activities before, during, and after events.
-Assist with registrations, promotional material, event communication, and attendee
engagement.
-Coordinate with universities, representatives, vendors, and internal teams wherever
required.
-Explore local marketing opportunities to increase brand visibility and student walk-ins.
-Support branch-level marketing activities and promotional initiatives
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
-Research current trends in the overseas education industry.
-Monitor competitor marketing activities, campaigns, offers, events, and social media
strategies.
-Track changes in student preferences, popular destinations, courses, and emerging
markets.
-Identify new marketing opportunities and channels.
-Share relevant market insights and recommendations with the management/marketing team.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain regular marketing activity reports.
Track key marketing metrics such as:
o Leads generated
o Cost per lead
o Campaign performance
o Social media reach and engagement
o Website/landing page enquiries
o Event registrations
o Lead source performance
Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance summaries.
Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain proper records of campaigns, creatives, content, and marketing activities.
Cross-Functional Coordination
-Work closely with the Counselling, Admissions, Visa, and Management teams.
-Understand business requirements and translate them into relevant marketing activities.
-Collect feedback from counsellors regarding lead quality and student interests.
-Coordinate with designers, video editors, content writers, agencies, vendors, and other
marketing partners when required.
-Ensure marketing activities are completed within agreed timelines.
Candidate Profile
Education
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration,
-Digital Marketing, or a related field.
-Candidates with relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing,
-Google Ads, Meta Ads, or related areas will be preferred.
Experience
-1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Lead
-Generation, Education Marketing, or a related field.
-Experience in the study-abroad / overseas education / EdTech industry will be an
added advantage.
-Freshers with strong practical knowledge, internships, or demonstrated marketing
projects may also be considered.
