Role Description The Product Manager for Canada opportunities will oversee the design, development, and continuous improvement of immigration and visa service offerings tailored to the Canadian market. This full-time, on-site role in Canada involves gathering client and market insights, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations, sales, marketing, and legal to deliver well-structured service packages. The Product Manager will monitor regulatory updates, analyze performance metrics, and refine product roadmaps to align with client needs and business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating stakeholder communication, documenting processes, training internal teams on new offerings, and ensuring that services remain compliant, competitive, and client-centric. The role also involves identifying new service opportunities, supporting marketing campaigns, and contributing to strategic planning for Canada-focused products.
Qualifications
Strong product management skills, including defining requirements, building roadmaps, and coordinating cross-functional execution.
Experience with service design, process documentation, and continuous improvement within consulting, immigration, or related professional services.
Solid understanding of or strong interest in Canadian immigration pathways, visa categories, and regulatory frameworks (training can be provided for motivated candidates).
