Job Purpose
To develop business opportunities by building strong
engagement with architects, PHE consultants, builders, engineers, plumbers, and
other influencers. The role is responsible for product presentations, product
approvals, market development, complaint coordination, and supporting business
growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
·
Plan and conduct regular visits to architects,
PHE consultants, builders, engineers, plumbers, and other key influencers.
·
Present the company’s products and solutions
effectively to consultants, engineers, plumbers, and project stakeholders.
·
Drive product approvals and specifications by
communicating product features, applications, and value propositions.
·
Identify potential projects, business
opportunities, and key decision-makers within the assigned territory.
·
Build and maintain professional relationships
with influencers and customers to strengthen market presence.
·
Coordinate product presentations, technical
discussions, and follow-up meetings.
·
Handle customer complaints professionally and
coordinate with relevant internal teams for timely resolution.
·
Maintain records of visits, leads, approvals,
presentations, complaints, and business development activities.
·
Prepare and submit periodic reports and
presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
·
Use AutoCAD, where required, to understand or
support drawings and technical discussions.
·
Ensure adherence to company policies, approved
communication, and reporting processes.
Educational Qualification
Essential: B.Tech.
or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.
Preferred: Working
knowledge of AutoCAD and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience
Minimum Experience
Required: 4–8 years

Materials, including Sanitaryware, Tiles, Glass and Façade, Cement, Hardware,
Paints, Plywood, or allied sectors.
