The Role
Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring stakeholder and end-user needs are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
Define and prioritize the product backlog for effective feature delivery.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify innovation opportunities.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to patient data management and laboratory operations.
What You'll Need
Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM) with a focus on Master Patient Index (MPI).
Strong understanding of pathology and laboratory operations, particularly in the context of Labcorp.
Demonstrated ability to lead product development in an agile environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
10-15 years of relevant experience.
