Role Description The Logistic Manager at Filmygags is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the movement and storage of goods, materials, and assets that support the company’s operations. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing inventory levels, managing procurement activities, and aligning logistics plans with production and marketing timelines. The Logistic Manager will monitor supply chain performance, negotiate with vendors and service providers, and ensure on-time deliveries while controlling costs. This role will also handle issue resolution related to orders, shipments, and stock discrepancies, and collaborate closely with internal teams to forecast needs and improve processes. Regular reporting, use of logistics and inventory software, and adherence to compliance and quality standards are key aspects of the position.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management, including planning, coordination, and optimization of goods and material flows.
Strong skills in Inventory Management, with the ability to track stock levels, manage warehouses or virtual inventories, and prevent shortages or overstock.
Proficiency in Procurement activities such as sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing purchase orders and supplier relationships.
Customer Service skills to address internal and external inquiries, resolve logistics-related issues, and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
Experience using logistics, ERP, or inventory management software, along with solid spreadsheet and data analysis skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving capability in fast-paced environments.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional remote teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in a logistics, operations, or supply chain role; remote work experience is a plus.
