Role Description This full-time remote Project Manager role is responsible for leading projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget. The Project Manager will plan and coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and track milestones while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include organizing project documentation, facilitating meetings, addressing risks and issues, and maintaining clear communication on project status. The role also involves coordinating expediting activities, overseeing inspection and logistics-related tasks, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality and compliance requirements. The Project Manager will continuously review processes for efficiency and support data-driven decision-making to improve project outcomes.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and project components.
Candidates should possess Inspection skills to support quality control, compliance checks, and verification of deliverables.
Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate transportation, storage, and flow of goods or project resources.
Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Candidates should possess strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and time management.
Experience using project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar) is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
