Role Description This full-time remote Project Manager Scrum Master role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The role includes facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing backlogs, removing impediments, and supporting cross-functional teams in applying Agile practices. Day-to-day tasks involve tracking project progress, coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines and dependencies, and ensuring clear documentation of requirements, risks, and decisions. The Project Manager Scrum Master will also collaborate closely with logistics, expediting, and inspection teams to align operational activities with project goals and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
Qualifications
Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication
Scrum Master experience, with the ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery
Expeditor and Expediting skills to monitor orders, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timely completion of tasks
Inspection skills to coordinate quality checks and verify that project outputs meet defined standards
Logistics Management skills to oversee material flows, coordination between teams, and alignment of operational timelines
Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar)
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Relevant certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMP, or equivalent is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
