We're looking for curious, technically minded, and ambitious students to join our AI Engineering Internship and gain hands-on experience building practical AI applications — from prompt engineering and LLM integrations to RAG pipelines and AI agents.
About the Internship
As an AI Engineering Intern, you'll work on realistic engineering challenges involving prompt design, LLM-powered features, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and AI agent workflows.
You'll learn how AI engineers take business problems and turn them into working AI products — integrating models into applications, evaluating outputs, and iterating on real use cases.
Responsibilities
* Design and test prompts for real-world LLM use cases.
* Build prototype features powered by large language models.
* Integrate LLM APIs into simple web applications.
* Build and experiment with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
* Work with embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
* Create AI agents that can reason, use tools, and complete multi-step tasks.
* Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, safety, and usefulness.
* Debug and iterate on AI-powered features based on feedback.
* Build conversational AI experiences such as chatbots and assistants.
* Fine-tune simple models or use few-shot learning for specific tasks.
* Process and prepare data for AI workflows (chunking, cleaning, formatting).
* Connect AI features to databases and external APIs.
* Write clean, readable code for AI experiments and prototypes.
* Document AI experiments, prompts, and evaluation results.
* Use modern developer tools (Git, notebooks, cloud platforms).
* Learn the fundamentals of ML and deep learning concepts.
* Collaborate with other interns on cross-functional AI projects.
* Turn ambiguous product ideas into structured AI prototypes.
Requirements
* Current student or recent graduate in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field — or a strong self-taught coding portfolio.
* Strong interest in artificial intelligence, LLMs, and machine learning.
* Basic programming skills (Python is a plus; willingness to learn fast is essential).
* Curiosity about how AI systems work under the hood.
* Analytical and logical thinking with close attention to detail.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently on technical challenges.
* Comfortable experimenting, failing fast, and iterating.
* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is a plus.
* Previous professional AI engineering experience is not required.
