Operations Manager

About The Role
The Operations Manager will run the processes, systems, and cross-functional programs that support a cloud-based technology organization. The role will connect engineering, product, customer success, finance, and go-to-market teams, ensuring priorities move from planning through execution with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
You will improve operating rhythms, manage business-critical tooling, and use data to identify bottlenecks across workflows such as product launches, incident follow-up, vendor management, and customer escalations. Success means faster execution, cleaner handoffs, reliable reporting, and fewer operational surprises.
Key Responsibilities
Own and improve cross-functional operating processes, including planning cycles, launch readiness, incident follow-up, and quarterly business reviews
Coordinate projects across engineering, product, security, finance, and customer-facing teams using Jira, Asana, Notion, or similar tools
Build dashboards and recurring reports in Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, Tableau, or comparable BI platforms to track KPIs, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress
Document workflows, decision rights, and standard operating procedures in Confluence, Notion, or equivalent knowledge-management systems
Manage operational tooling, vendor relationships, access workflows, renewals, and implementation timelines in partnership with IT and procurement
Run weekly operating reviews, maintain action logs, and escalate blockers with clear recommendations to functional leaders
Identify process gaps through stakeholder feedback and data analysis, then lead improvements that reduce cycle time, manual work, or execution risk
What We Are Looking For
3-8 years of experience in operations, project management, program management, business systems, or a related role within a technology company
Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, product, IT, and business stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using spreadsheets, SQL, dashboards, or BI tools to produce actionable reporting
Proficiency with project and workflow platforms such as Jira, Asana, Linear, Airtable, Smartsheet, or equivalent tools
Demonstrated ability to design processes, write clear documentation, manage dependencies, and drive deliverables to completion without direct authority
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise executive updates and facilitate structured meetings
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, information systems, engineering, or a related field; Bonus: experience with SaaS operations, cloud infrastructure, IT service management, process automation, or tools such as Zapier, Workato, Salesforce, or ServiceNow
