Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Intern Data Analytics professional. The intern will work closely with the data and product teams to collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources related to learning platforms, courses, and user engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing exploratory data analysis, building basic reports and dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making across education, career, and digital services. The intern will assist in creating and maintaining data models, documenting data processes, and contributing to insights that improve learning outcomes and operational efficiency. The role also involves collaborating with mentors, participating in team meetings, and presenting findings in a clear and structured way.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Data Analytics and Analytical Skills to interpret trends, patterns, and performance metrics.
Candidates should possess Data Management and Data Analysis skills to collect, clean, validate, and transform datasets for reporting and insights.
Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to design and maintain basic data structures that support analysis and dashboards.
Familiarity with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
Understanding of statistics, basic machine learning concepts, or data-driven decision-making in an EdTech or digital environment is a plus.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative setting.
