Role Description The UGC Content Creator will be responsible for planning, scripting, and producing high-quality user-generated style content (short videos, reels, posts, and stories) that aligns with PPStack’s EdTech, career, and digital growth offerings. Day-to-day tasks include researching trends on social platforms, ideating content angles, filming and editing content, and repurposing materials for different channels such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to create content for campaigns, course launches, and community engagement, while maintaining brand consistency and clear messaging. The UGC Content Creator will track performance metrics, experiment with new formats, and refine content based on feedback and analytics. This is a full-time remote role.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in short-form video creation, scripting, and on-camera presentation for social platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
Candidates should possess skills in basic to intermediate video editing and graphic design using common tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar).
Candidates should possess skills in social media content planning, trend research, and audience engagement strategies.
Candidates should possess skills in storytelling, clear written communication, and adapting tone for learner-focused and professional audiences.
Candidates should possess skills in understanding or quickly learning EdTech, AI, data, and career development topics to create accurate and relatable content.
Relevant qualifications include prior experience as a UGC creator, content creator, or social media contributor, ideally in EdTech, education, or personal branding domains.
Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with analytics tools, ability to work independently in a remote setup, strong time management, and a portfolio or examples of past UGC-style work.
