Role Description This is a full-time remote freelancing role for a Communication & Public Speaking Professional Expert working with both grownup students and younger kids. The professional will design and conduct online sessions to build speaking confidence, presentation skills, and effective communication in different age groups. Daily tasks include creating age-appropriate lesson plans, delivering interactive classes, guiding practice activities, and providing constructive feedback to learners. The role also involves preparing supporting learning materials, collaborating with the academic team to refine content, and monitoring learner progress to ensure steady improvement. The professional is expected to maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment and adapt teaching style to varied learning needs and backgrounds.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Internal Communications skills to engage learners, interact with parents or guardians when needed, and collaborate with the internal academic team.
Candidates should possess Writing and Press Releases abilities to create clear learning materials, public speaking scripts, and support promotional or informational content when required.
Candidates should possess Strategic Communications expertise to tailor messages to different age groups, plan communication activities, and support the organization’s educational and brand objectives.
Experience teaching or coaching public speaking, debate, or presentation skills to children, adolescents, or adults in online or classroom settings.
Strong facilitation and classroom management skills in virtual environments, with the ability to create engaging, inclusive, and supportive sessions.
Comfort with digital tools and e-learning platforms; ability to work independently and manage a consistent full-time remote schedule.
Relevant academic background in Communication, Education, Linguistics, Performing Arts, or related fields is beneficial; training or certification in public speaking, soft skills, or pedagogy is an advantage.
Demonstrated sensitivity to diverse cultural, linguistic, and learning needs, and commitment to non-discriminatory, learner-centered education.
