SDE3 (Backend)

Requirements:
Strong Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Java, Python, Go, Kotlin.
Expertise in object-oriented design, design patterns, and data structures.
Proven experience in building backend systems with a focus on scalability, performance, service robustness, and cost-effectiveness.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimise backend systems, ensuring both stability and high performance.
Drive to explore, improve, enhance, automate, and optimise distributed systems and tools to meet evolving business needs.
Demonstrable coding practices, including meticulous design documentation, thorough unit testing, peer code reviews, and a preference for agile methods.
Strong interpersonal skills, showcasing effective stakeholder management with product and design teams.
A track record of on-time delivery, with a commitment to maintaining quality output.
Focus on observability, ensuring systems are well-monitored and maintainable.
A minimum of 5 years of software development experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (e. g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Knowledge of security best practices for backend services and API endpoints.
Prior experience in handling third-party integrations and adhering to the strict SLAs is preferred but not mandatory.
Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new and complex development environments, along with strong deep-dive analytical skills.
