Facilities Manager / Facilities Director

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager / Facilities Director to lead facilities operations, building maintenance, asset management, and workplace services across properties and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead facilities operations, building maintenance, asset management, and daily site services.
Oversee MEP systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, cleaning, and other building services.
Manage contractors, vendors, service providers, maintenance teams, and facility staff.
Monitor facility performance, maintenance schedules, operating costs, safety, and service quality.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety requirements, and maintenance standards.
Manage preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, emergency response, and facility improvement projects.
Develop and manage budgets, maintenance plans, contracts, and operational reports.
Drive energy efficiency, sustainability, cost optimisation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, Property Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in facilities management, property operations, building maintenance, or a related senior role.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building operations, maintenance, safety, compliance, and facility management practices.
Strong leadership, communication, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing vendors, contractors, budgets, maintenance programmes, and multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with CMMS, CAFM, BMS, energy management systems, or other facilities technology.
Relevant certification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Management, or Workplace Management is an advantage.
Experience in commercial buildings, residential developments, hospitals, hotels, data centres, industrial facilities, or large-scale properties is preferred.
