Business Analyst

The Role
• Translate complex billing requirements from SGB V and XI into practical, understandable software requirements, aiming for the best customer solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product management to develop innovative and legally compliant software solutions that adhere to all statutory frameworks.
• Identify market trends and legislative changes early, derive necessary actions, and actively contribute to product strategy.
• Act as a central interface with billing partners to design smart, efficient, and customer-oriented billing processes that create real added value.
• Share expertise enthusiastically in webinars, workshops, and customer meetings, becoming an authentic voice for the product in the market.
What You'll Need
• Possess in-depth experience in the healthcare IT sector, specifically in billing or product management, ideally demonstrated through responsible and demanding roles.
• Hold a completed commercial apprenticeship in healthcare, training as a social insurance specialist, or a completed university degree, preferably from a renowned institution, in social insurance, health and care informatics, or a related field.
• Bring practical experience from care facilities, particularly in professional handling of modern billing processes (SGB V/XI), which you master confidently and securely.
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, a structured approach to work, and strong teamwork abilities, making you a valued member of interdisciplinary teams.
• Possess very good German and good English language skills to navigate confidently and competently in a demanding, international environment.
