Technical Writer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
• Conduct onsite and virtual training sessions for customers on the installation, operation, and maintenance of data center cooling products.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions using demonstrations, scenarios, and guided practice.
• Manage virtual course setup, enrollment, attendance tracking, completions, and surveys through a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to identify training needs and develop customized programs.
• Adapt and maintain existing training materials for clarity, accuracy, and learner effectiveness.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in technical product training and technical writing, preferably in a customer-facing role within the data center industry.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into learner-friendly materials.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with an LMS or remote training platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to customer locations as needed.
