Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Food and Beverage Manager role located in Bhopal. The Food and Beverage Manager oversees daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and service across all outlets. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, supervising service teams, coordinating with kitchen staff, and handling guest inquiries or concerns. The role involves monitoring inventory and supplies, supporting menu planning, and working closely with leadership to achieve revenue and cost-control targets. The manager is also expected to implement training programs, maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and uphold consistent brand and service standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage management skills, including understanding of menus, service protocols, and hygiene standards.
Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and maintain a positive guest experience.
Candidates should possess Training and team leadership skills, including the ability to coach staff, conduct briefings, and support performance improvement.
Candidates should possess Budgeting and basic financial management skills, including cost control, forecasting, and monitoring revenue and expenses.
Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in hotel or restaurant operations, knowledge of local and international cuisine, and familiarity with POS or hospitality management systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are preferred.
A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, is advantageous.
