Finance Manager

Role Description The Director at FH INGENIEROS will provide strategic leadership, oversee project execution, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore involves managing multidisciplinary teams, setting performance objectives, and monitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Director will coordinate with clients and stakeholders, lead technical and operational reviews, and drive continuous improvement across processes and service delivery. Responsibilities include risk management, resource planning, and compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices. The Director will also contribute to business development, support proposal preparation, and represent the organization in key external meetings and professional forums.

Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, adapt to dynamic project needs, and uphold high standards of professional ethics and non-discriminatory practices.
