Talent Acquisition Manager

Role Description The Cashier role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Cashier will handle customer transactions, including processing cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, answering basic inquiries, issuing receipts, managing returns or exchanges in line with company policies, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. The role also involves balancing the cash register, reconciling payment totals, and reporting discrepancies to supervisors. Cashiers collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience and support smooth store operations.
Qualifications
Strong cash handling skills, with accuracy in processing payments and reconciling cash drawers.
Customer service skills, including clear communication, patience, and a professional, friendly demeanor.
Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage receipts, returns, and transaction records.
Ability to stand for extended periods, perform light physical tasks, and follow on-site safety guidelines.
Reliability and time management skills, with the ability to work full-time shifts, including weekends or evenings as needed.
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a cashier role is beneficial but not mandatory.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; willingness to participate in training and continuous learning.
