We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
• Own the product vision and hybrid strategy for innovative software components in diagnostics and medical reporting, intelligently connecting modern Azure cloud solutions with established on-premise infrastructures.
• Leverage AI tools to efficiently create specifications, user stories, and mockups, accelerating the journey from idea to implementation.
• Translate requirements into future-proof cloud architectures by deeply understanding clinical workflows, particularly in radiology, to improve the daily work of medical professionals.
• Collaborate closely with the development team and other Product Owners, orchestrate the onboarding of new applications, and leverage synergies to form an integrated product ecosystem.
• Monitor market and competition, engage directly with users post-launch, and transform feedback into a value-generating roadmap that delivers clear customer benefits.
What You'll Need
• Several years of experience as a Product Owner with a deep understanding of clinical workflows, preferably in imaging/radiology, bridging medicine, technology, and product strategy.
• A degree in Computer Science, Medical Informatics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field from a reputable university.
• Experience in designing cloud projects (preferably Microsoft Azure) and understanding technical dependencies with Java-based on-premise infrastructures, including authentication, encryption, and storage concepts.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies, structuring complex topics, consistent prioritization, and effective use of AI tools to optimize workflows and achieve tangible impact.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to influence development teams, clinical stakeholders, and management, acting as a reliable point of contact with a structured approach and a strong service mentality.
