Junior Financial Consultant

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
• Advise national and international clients on diverse accounting and reporting matters.
• Support clients with the transition from local GAAP to IFRS or other new accounting standards.
• Assist with the implementation of international accounting principles (IFRS and US GAAP), company transactions, and conversion services.
• Contribute to advising on complex national and international accounting issues, enforcement proceedings, and audit readiness.
• Support the preparation of annual and consolidated financial statements.
What You'll Need
• Completed degree in business administration with a focus on international accounting, auditing, or business informatics.
• Initial practical experience through internships or working student roles in accounting, finance, capital markets, controlling, or similar fields.
• Foundational knowledge in HGB and IFRS accounting, coupled with a strong sense of quality and a high willingness to learn.
• Fluency in German (C1 level) and business-level proficiency in English (C2).
