Are you experienced in Facebook/Meta Ads and passionate about Performance Marketing, data analysis, and growth?
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist (Facebook Ads) to join our Marketing team and drive performance through data-driven advertising strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, content, audiences, and campaign structures.
Work closely with Content and Design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Manage advertising budgets and continuously optimize campaign performance.
Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities and improve overall efficiency.
Stay updated on Meta Ads platform changes, trends, and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
Hands-on experience with Facebook/Meta Ads.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing is a plus.
