Marketing specialist (Facebook Ads)

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist with strong Facebook/Meta Ads experience to join our growing marketing team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Develop and execute Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns aligned with business and marketing objectives.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.
Analyze key metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Plan and execute A/B tests to identify winning creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
Work closely with Content and Design teams to develop effective advertising materials.
Identify performance trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular performance reports and communicate actionable insights.
Stay up to date with Meta Ads updates, industry trends, and performance marketing best practices.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Proven hands-on experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and campaign optimization.
Comfortable working with data and making decisions based on performance insights.
Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience managing significant advertising budgets is a plus.
