Marketing Specialist (Facebook Ads)

Are you experienced in Facebook/Meta Ads and looking to grow your career in Performance Marketing?
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with a data-driven mindset, strong ownership, and a results-oriented approach to join our Marketing team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and execute Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on data.
Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, content, and campaign structures.
Collaborate with Content and Design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Monitor and manage advertising budgets.
Prepare performance reports and identify opportunities to improve CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Hands-on experience with Facebook/Meta Ads.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager.
Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented.
Strong willingness to learn and experiment with new approaches.
Experience in [E-commerce/Beauty/F&B/Education/...] is a plus.
