The Role
• Create high-quality, engaging content across organic social channels, focusing on short-form video.
• Film, edit, and publish a high weekly volume of content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Adapt tone of voice and write platform-native captions and scripts for various audiences and speakers.
• Support and run content shoots, working efficiently with senior talent and identifying opportunities.
• Develop reactive content quickly from idea to publication without compromising quality.
• Manage content pipelines, assets, versions, and approvals to ensure smooth workflow.
What You'll Need
• 1-3 years of experience in creating or supporting content for a brand or professional creator, with a strong understanding of short-form platform performance.
• Proficiency in shooting and editing short-form video, with a keen eye for pacing, structure, and platform-native formats.
• Experience working on content shoots, demonstrating organization, proactivity, and adaptability.
• A growth mindset with experience contributing to the launch or growth of organic social channels and improving performance.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across different formats, audiences, and speakers.
• Bonus: Experience or knowledge in nutrition, health, and science.
