Product Designer

The Role
• Design and launch notification experiences across push, email, and in-app surfaces for iOS, Android, desktop, and web.
• Craft clear, cohesive user journeys for notification permissions, delivery, entry points, preferences, and settings.
• Translate complex product challenges into well-defined design requirements, user flows, and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists to identify opportunities and improve engagement.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to refine visual hierarchy, messaging, micro-interactions, and timing of notification experiences.
• Develop high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and detailed specifications that extend the existing design system.
What You'll Need
• A portfolio showcasing strong product and visual design craft, including end-to-end mobile and web flows.
• Experience designing, shipping, and iterating on consumer product experiences in close partnership with product management and engineering.
• A solid understanding of UX principles and the ability to translate business goals into testable hypotheses and experiments.
• A data-informed approach, leveraging research, experimentation, and product metrics to enhance designs.
• Proficiency in Figma, strong prototyping skills, and experience creating clear handoff documentation for engineering.
• Ability to scope and drive projects effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
