Role Description The Relationship Manager – Franchise Investment is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for developing and managing franchise relationships for Akava Luxury. This role involves identifying potential franchise investors, presenting business opportunities, and supporting them through evaluation, onboarding, and post-investment engagement. The Relationship Manager will maintain regular communication with franchise partners, address operational queries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand standards and business goals are met. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing investment proposals, tracking franchise performance, and providing guidance on sales strategies and local marketing initiatives. The role also includes maintaining detailed records of franchise interactions, participating in reviews and planning meetings, and representing the brand at relevant business events or investor forums.
Qualifications
Strong relationship management and client servicing skills, with experience in handling investors, franchise partners, or key accounts.
Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing franchise or investment deals.
Financial acumen to interpret business plans, ROI calculations, and basic investment metrics for franchise models.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex business concepts clearly and persuasively.
Organizational and planning skills for managing multiple franchise leads, follow-ups, documentation, and reporting.
Familiarity with retail, fashion, or luxury goods sectors, and an understanding of franchise operations is highly beneficial.
Comfort working on-site in New Delhi, with readiness for occasional travel to meet prospects or franchise partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; prior experience in franchising or investment advisory is an advantage.
