AIRS Solution Specialist

2. About the Opportunity:
The Lead Installation Technician is responsible for managing and executing commercial equipment installations to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to safety and quality standards. This role involves coordinating installation schedules, managing project details within CRM systems, and maintaining communication with customers and internal teams to support operational and financial objectives.
3. Responsibilities:
Enter and manage installation opportunities in CRM to develop accurate monthly forecasts
Conduct site installation surveys to assess feasibility and plan execution
Produce scope of work documents and customer-facing installation quotes in CRM
Coordinate with dispatchers and branch personnel to schedule installs in Microsoft Field Service
Execute installations according to scope and safety guidelines
Follow installation playbook from start to finish
Manage installation request inbox effectively
Maintain project schedules and communicate updates to customers and leadership
Update final pricing in CRM to support financial goals
Stay current with industry and equipment knowledge
Communicate service value propositions to customers post-warranty
Maintain vehicle and material handling equipment
Adhere to safe driving and company safety policies
Perform other duties as assigned
4. Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Two years of formal technical training and at least ten years of related experience
Equipment installation or similar experience
Proficiency with PC and Microsoft applications
Preferred: Five or more years of commercial equipment installation experience
Preferred: Mechanical or electrical experience
Preferred: Associate degree
Preferred: Experience installing commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment
Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Preferred: Industry certification
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
