Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, supporting the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through performance management and exit processes. Responsibilities include coordinating hiring activities, maintaining employee records, ensuring adherence to HR policies, and assisting with payroll and attendance-related documentation. The role involves handling employee relations, addressing queries and concerns, supporting training initiatives, and helping implement HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, and prepare regular HR reports and documentation as required. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
Strong foundational knowledge and practical experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee engagement activities.
Ability to interpret, implement, and maintain HR Policies in alignment with legal and organizational requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with HRIS or HR-related software and basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
Understanding of local labor laws and statutory compliance applicable to the region.
