Role Description The Product Development Executive is a part-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves supporting end-to-end product development activities, including gathering market insights, coordinating with R&D teams, and contributing to product feasibility assessments. The executive collaborates with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, quality, and manufacturing to align product concepts with regulatory requirements and commercial goals. Daily tasks include analyzing market and competitor data, preparing product proposals and documentation, tracking development timelines, and supporting internal communication related to new and existing products. The role also requires regular reporting on product performance and opportunities for portfolio expansion.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Analytical Skills to identify opportunities, assess trends, and support data-driven decisions.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly.
Candidates should possess Sales-related understanding to align product features with customer needs and market positioning.
Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D) exposure to support formulation development, technical evaluations, and documentation.
Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field; experience in pharmaceutical product development or CDMO environments is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, use productivity and data analysis tools, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
