Technical Project Manager

2. About the Opportunity:
The Technical Project Manager drives the successful execution of technical projects from planning to delivery. This role ensures alignment between product priorities and engineering efforts, manages project timelines and dependencies, and facilitates communication across cross-functional teams and external partners. The position is critical for maintaining project visibility, mitigating risks, and ensuring that technical initiatives are completed effectively to support the organization’s goals.
3. Responsibilities:
Translate roadmap priorities into actionable engineering plans.
Lead planning and execution of technical projects through the software development life cycle.
Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and delivery plans.
Track dependencies and resolve conflicts or blockers across engineering teams.
Coordinate releases and technical initiatives across multiple platforms.
Monitor project health and surface risks and opportunities.
Maintain project documentation and visibility for stakeholders.
Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making.
Coordinate sprint planning and other project ceremonies.
Serve as a technical liaison with external partners and stakeholders.
Gather and translate external requirements into technical plans.
Manage competing priorities among internal and external stakeholders.
Build relationships to facilitate collaboration and issue resolution.
Communicate project status and technical decisions clearly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliverables.
Support improvements in engineering processes and resource allocation.
Perform related duties as assigned.
4. Requirements:
5+ years of technical project management experience.
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
Experience managing complex projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Effective communication skills bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
Proactive in identifying and resolving risks and blockers.
Collaborative leadership with strong judgment and accountability.
Comfortable engaging in technical discussions with engineering leadership.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
