Implementation Engineer

2. About the Opportunity:
The Implementation Engineer leads the delivery and technical implementation of inpatient and surgical growth solutions. This role ensures the effective deployment of AI-powered workflows and data-driven tools that optimize hospital operations, improve patient outcomes, and support surgical services. The position serves as the technical expert interfacing with hospital stakeholders and internal teams to build and validate scalable data pipelines and integrations.
3. Responsibilities:
Communicate technical requirements and support external clients and internal teams for product utilization.
Serve as product expert on data structures, integrations, reporting, and AI-powered workflows.
Lead end-to-end technical implementations, including data validation and configuration of capacity and workflow metrics.
Perform advanced SQL queries and data integrity checks across multiple data warehouses.
Configure technical systems including Electronic Medical Records and develop monitoring tools for data quality.
Collaborate on resolving data interoperability issues and perform root cause analysis for integration failures.
Manage data migrations from legacy hospital systems minimizing patient care disruption.
Provide production support, monitor issues, and coordinate resolution across teams.
Develop and deliver technical content and training for internal and customer teams.
Identify process gaps and recommend technical improvements to platform administration.
Participate in architecture discussions to enhance hospital system integrations and platform scalability.
4. Requirements:
Experience building and debugging production healthcare data transformation pipelines; proficiency with SQL and modern data warehouses.
At least 3 years of experience with programming languages such as Java, C/C++, or Python.
Ability to translate hospital operations requirements into technical designs and execute across platforms.
Knowledge of healthcare data structures related to inpatient and surgical operations.
Strong communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
