As a customer strategist lead on our Commercial Lines Acquisition Experience team, you'll guide impactful projects that shape our digital quoting experience, with an emphasis on translating complex, cross-functional initiatives into what the UI must deliver for our diverse user groups. In this position, you'll assess overall quoting workflows, identify opportunity areas, and apply data-driven insights to accelerate growth and maximize value within the Commercial Auto quoting experience. Additionally, you'll partner with business stakeholders to align on scope, effort, and sequencing before work enters the roadmap, while protecting delivery capacity across competing priorities. You'll drive alignment and decision-making with the scrum team, lead project discovery, clarify objectives, and articulate the "why" behind the programs you lead, all while promoting continuous improvement and outcome-focused delivery.
This is a remote position and may require occasional travel to an office for a meeting and/or training.
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years of related professional work experience (e.g., definition and delivery of products through digital, voice, and agent channel experiences).
OR Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of 7 years of related professional work experience (e.g., definition and delivery of products through digital, voice, and agent channel experiences).
Preferred Skills
Demonstrated experience with digital quoting platforms and workflows, or customer acquisition experiences
Proven end-to-end leadership of complex, cross-functional initiatives, including management of project scope, timelines, and stakeholder engagement
Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into business opportunity and recommended action
A design thinking mindset with an understanding of UX/UI enhancements that support sales outcomes
Experience working within an Agile/Scrum framework
Compensation
98,400 - 131,200/year
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
