As an IT applications specialist lead within the Enterprise Portfolio Delivery organization, you'll help shape the future of project and portfolio management at Progressive. You'll be responsible for administering and enhancing Planview Portfolios, AgilePlace, and related integrations, while ensuring system reliability, data quality, and governance standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a multi-year transformation initiative focused on modernizing enterprise project management capabilities.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for a meeting/and or training
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's Degree or higher in an IT or Business related discipline (such as MIS, Business Management) and a minimum of six years of related work experience in technical tool administration that involves creating, testing, configuring, updating, manipulating, and/or scripting technical tools or applications.
In lieu of the above combination of education and experience, a minimum of eight years of related work experience in technical tool administration experience creating, testing, configuring, updating, manipulating, and/or scripting technical tools or applications.
Preferred Skills
Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience administering Planview Portfolios and AgilePlace in an enterprise environment, including medium to complex configuration activities such as lifecycle management, scripted dialogs, workflow setup, and integration configuration.
Experience configuring integrations, connectors, field mappings, and synchronization logic with Planview Portfolios and AgilePlace across enterprise systems.
Ability to analyze system behavior, diagnose issues, and coordinate resolution across business, technical, and vendor support teams.
Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub or other delivery management tools commonly integrated with Planview products.
Experience supporting implementation, migration, or modernization efforts involving Planview Portfolios, AgilePlace, and Planview Hub.
Compensation
$98,400 - $131,200/year
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
