As a software developer lead working in our Direct Acquisition organization, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment playing a key role in coaching and developing others in a lead capacity. You'll leverage your programming, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills in either projects or service management environments that impact our customers, agents, and employees. You can join this growing space and utilize your learning agility and passion for technology to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Occasional travel may also be required..

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 9 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.
{OR} Completion of a technical training program and a minimum of 6 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or related field of study (e.g. Engineering, Math, Science) and a minimum of 6 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.
Preferred Skills
Demonstrated ability to mentor peers, provide technical guidance, and review documentation and deliverables to ensure compliance with established standards
Full stack development with C#, .NET, Angular (v4 or higher), SQL, APIs, Agile
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with business partners
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in Agile environments, including estimation, iterative delivery, and a focus on continuous improvement and empiricism
Compensation
$125,000-$155,000/year
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
