As a senior software developer working in our Enterprise Resource Organization, you’ll participate in innovative projects impacting our customers, agents, and employees. Working in a fast paced, collaborative environment, you’ll contribute to projects to modernize and grow our business. In addition, you’ll work closely with groups in both IT and our business areas on project initiatives. Using your development skills, you’ll code in a variety of technologies supporting web and backend systems. You’ll provide insights and contribute to decisions impacting the platforms.
This is a remote position for US based work only.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.
{OR} The completion of a technical training program and 4 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.
{OR} Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology related field of study and 4 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.
Preferred Skills
Proven expertise in Full stack development with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Angular (v8+), SQL Server, Kafka, Git, TFS, and restful APIs, as well as experience with unit testing
AWS experience (DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, S3, Terraform, and Lambdas)
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with business partners
Analytical, technical troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem-solving skills along with effective verbal and written communication skills
Development experience utilizing Agile or Scrum methodology
Compensation
$118,000-$134,000/year depending on experience
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
