As an IT Manager in Special Lines Product Delivery, you'll lead a critical delivery organization that enables business growth, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across our 3.5 billion recreational and specialty lines insurance portfolio. In this role, you'll oversee end-to-end product delivery while leading and developing a cross-functional technology team. You'll connect business priorities, technology strategy, and talent development to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and the enterprise. You'll also guide portfolio and project planning, resource management, architecture and delivery discussions, product and project initiation, and business enhancements while building organizational capability, developing future leaders, and advancing operational excellence. This is a remote position for US-based work only.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology, Business, or related field of study, such as Computer Science or Business Management, and a minimum of 1 year work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.
Preferred Skills
Demonstrated success leading technology organizations responsible for delivering and supporting business-critical insurance capabilities.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivery portfolios across the insurance lifecycle, including product management, underwriting, quoting, policy administration, billing, or claims.
Proven leadership in project, program, product, or portfolio management, including strategic planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management.
Strong people leadership experience with a focus on coaching, mentoring, career development, and building organizational capability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to connect business priorities, technology strategy, and delivery teams.
Compensation
$148,000 - $170,000/year
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
