As a manager business systems, you'll oversee support for Workday Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Compensation. We're hiring two leaders to join our Workday team, and these roles are designed to complement one another through shared and complementary areas of expertise. We're seeking candidates with strong functional depth in two or more modules rather than expertise across the entire suite. Successful candidates will combine hands-on Workday knowledge with proven leadership experience and a collaborative approach to partnering with HR and technology stakeholders to deliver impactful business solutions.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for meetings and/or training.
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of 9 years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements) and at least 2 years of leadership experience (e.g., management role).
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 6 years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements) and at least 2 years of leadership experience (e.g., management role).
Preferred Skills
Hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience in a production environment.
Experience with a Workday implementation, module deployment, or major feature rollout.
Workday Pro, SHRM, PHR, project management, and/or other relevant professional credentials.
Functional depth in two or more of the following modules: Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, or Compensation
Ability to assess Workday configuration, business process design, production issues, and downstream impacts.
Experience leading system consultants and partnering with HR, technology, and business stakeholders.
Compensation
$102,800- $146,900/year
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
